Through our Employment-Based Training Program, companies select, prepare, train, and qualify their future workforce. Funding is shared — 75% HRDF, 25% employer — and candidates are registered in GOSI from day one.

Who can apply

Core admission requirements for prospective trainees:

  • Saudi nationality, applicant under 24 years old
  • High-school average of at least 75%
  • Qaiyas aptitude and achievement tests of at least 60% each
  • No prior HRDF support and not currently enrolled in GOSI
  • Pass the English & Math placement, interview, and medical exam
